Having seen and installed so many different floors over the years, our showroom team has a very good feeling for color and design and is happy to share and help you find the look you are after. We also explain the whole process in the showroom to clear up any uncertainty and answer all your questions. You can check out and take home or we will bring you big samples, at no charge, to evaluate in the lighting of your own home both during the day with natural sunlight and at night under normal lighting. There is no charge for us to come out and measure the footprint of your project and prepare and email you a thorough, transparent estimate broken down by line items. We do not do one big paragraph and one cost, like so many. There is no high pressure salesperson here. We do not work on commission. We are all about matching your pace. We handle ordering, and scheduling, so you don’t have to juggle multiple points of contact or worry about miscommunications.

Full-Service Convenience Continued
Our installation services go beyond just flooring—we move basic furniture once at no charge (*conditions apply), remove and reinstall fixtures, handle material tear-out and disposal, prep the floors per the manufacturer’s guidelines and our experience to ensure you have the full manufacturer’s warranty. We also do baseboards for the cleanest look: this could be removing & re-installing, removing & painting & re-installing, removing & painting & installing new baseboards, or whatever combination you prefer. Finally, when we have finished and cleaned up after ourselves, we will put your furniture back before leaving. We manage every detail for a hassle-free, professional experience.
Above are the details regarding flooring installation and we apply the same principles to our tile and stone installations for showers, backsplashes, bathtub surrounds, fireplace surrounds, accent walls, etc.. The only exception is when we need to move plumbing (for example from one wall to another or adding plumbing for a shower rain fixture in the ceiling). In those cases we bring in or recommend to you a trusted plumber for that work.
And if you see something wrong later, just give us a call to take care of it. As the one-stop-shop handling both materials and installation there is no finger pointing at the other guy here. It is on us to figure out if it is a materials or installation issue and get it resolved accordingly. Our installation warranty is 2 years and most of our manufacturer’s warranties are limited lifetime residential (if floor is properly prepped and it is properly installed – which is back on our installation expertise).
